Stayed here on a stag weekend, just what we needed, right on the high street, so good location, clean rooms, tv, and WIFI, we be staying again, infact just sorting the booking out now

Its a hostel, so do not expect luxury. However, the owner was extreamely helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was also clean and we found that we did not have to share with many others. Perfect location and will def be back!

We arrived to a lovely clean room and the owner was very helpful and friendly. The lodge is a 2 second walk from town so we could hit the bars and shops without worrying bout Gettin taxis anywhere. The beach was really close too ! The food in the resteraunt next door was amazing too and we got discount !!... More

The website to this "Surf Lodge" looks great, however when you book, they don't tell you that you'll be moved to a different Surf Lodge called "Boonkeys Surf Lodge". booked and paid deposit. Rang an hour before we arrived and everything was ok. Turned up and by this time the owner had let our rooms to someone else. unhelpful to find somewhere else for us to stay. Not a nice man, poor run business. Do not stay here.
