Stayed for 4 days 23rd to 27th having read some previous reviews must disagree with some reviewers,the breakfasts are cooked before 8 am and went down at 8am and the food was warming on a hotplate as told by proprietor.I like fresh cooked breakfast and you get in it good guest houses this tasted stale, imagine what it was like... Spent a weekend in Newquay at the Meadow View I found the place a great location for the city centre and near the beaches. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and advised places to go and visit and also places to eat. This all added to my great weeend in Newquay. Overall great value for money
