My hubby and I stayed a week in the spacious studio apartment. We had our own little balcony with the best views in St Ives. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. On a hill, the self catering studio is only a short walk to a regular bus service. A sports complex and pool was just around the corner. Out... More

The Old Count House B and B has a fantastic studio apartment that sleeps 2. We had a fabulous 2 week stay with a view to die for from our balcony. We ate in and ate out but made sure we got some exercise by walking up and down the hill to the town instead of getting on the bus... More

we spent 6 nights in this B&B and the whole time we felt thoroughly at home. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfasts were very well prepared and offerred a good variable menu. Although lots of comments mention the hill to be climbed getting back from the town, we found it no bother and took only... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and the host and hostess were very welcoming the breakfast service was always prompt and well cooked. We had the four poster with whirlpool bath, and the room was clean and comfortable, however there is no separate shower in that particular room and I found the bath dificult to get in and out of.... My Mother and myself stayed here for 2 nights when visiting St Ives. We had a single room each which had double beds and en suite shower rooms. They were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners made us feel extremely welcome and could not do enough for us, without being too effusive. We would most definitely go back there. More

I have just returned from a three night trip to St Ives where my wife and I and two of our friends stayed at this b&b which is run by a very nice couple. We had read some good reviews but in all honesty it came down to us struggling to find a b&b we liked the look of somewhere... More

A very clean and comfortable B and B, which is also full of character. From the moment that we arrived until we left we could not have been made to feel more welcome by the owners Cheryl and Ken. We were rather late booking and were told that they only had a double room at the rear left so were a... More

The land lady Cheryl is one of these who cannot do enough for you. The room was comfortable and there was a lovely well equipped comfortable lounge. The location was good bearing in mind it is difficult to park or even drive in St Ives. It is an 8 minute walk down to the harbour and town but a very... More

I had the pleasure of spending 2 nights here and enjoyed everyminute! It was welcoming and friendly and as a traveller on my own I felt very safe and relaxed. The room was compact but had everything that you need and was immaculately kept. It is at the top of a very steep hill, if you are of average fitness... More

Chose this place at random and was not disappointed.........wanted a B&B a little outside of town........ comfort/breakfasts/location 100%........lovely and quiet although not on the flat........easy to walk down to the harbour but an effort to walk up (all part of the holiday).....made this a base for touring the west of Cornwall... will visit St Ives again and stay at this...
