The owners were very friendly and very helpful, happily suggesting places to go and things to do, as well as making sure that the rooms were comfortable - which they were. Kate, Bob & Rosie the labradoodle are very friendly. We had bedroom at front with ensuite which was very comfy and always smelled SO fresh. Stayed for two nights over the Fireworks so Plymouth very busy...had cosy double room with separate private facilities.
