Edgcumbe is located is a great location in Plymouth, right near the hoe and next to the water. Carla was a very welcoming host, and made an excellent restaurant recommendation: the Waterfront restaurant across the street! Facilities were nice and bedrooms comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again if I were to visit Plymouth.

Well positioned by Plymouth Hoe, this guest house offers comfortable B&B. We enjoyed our stay. No complaints. Parking is a little limited but can cater for all guests. Owners are very welcoming. Good restaurants on the Hoe within walking distance.

My wife and I had a perfect 4 day brake at the Edgcumbe and will be back again next year. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, the food is excellent and cooked to order. The owner is a very polite and helpful lady who is easily contactable. We had a perfect stay.

I only stopped here for one night unfortunately as we were working in Plymouth. I stopped with my colleague and we were both very impressed. This is a top quality guest house, with excellent host, great breakfast and was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
