Well my wife and I have just returned from a short break at the Grosvenor Hotel. Although a bit dated the hotel is a must. We had such a great time. The staff were all, and I mean all, fantastic. We stayed at the Grosvenor Hotel for 5 days over Christmas . The manager Mark., receptionists Karen ,Elaine and all the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble .
