We stayed for one night for a quick break and loved our stay! Met by Dean and Richard in a lovely way and they upgraded our room for us which they told us when we arrived. (very kind). “our stay at carnborne guest house”

me and my partner chris stayed at the cranborne for just one night and we found it fantastic, it was a lovely warm and welcoming stay. Dean and Richard where very accommodating and excellent hosts, the hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated I recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a happy reasonably priced stay.

We stayed at Cranborne for just one night when we visited Torquay to watch Starlight Express. The place is fantastic and Richard and Dean are really welcoming and lovely hosts. The room was warm and comfortable and the location of Cranborne is really convenient to the theatre. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and we would love to come back soon.... More

Loved this place. Clean tastefully decorated and fab lounge. Best hosts I have ever experienced, attentive chatty and good local knowledge. the breakfast was great and really enjoyed it. Close to town and seafront Thanks for a great stay

We went to Torquay as part of our honeymoon. Dean and Richard were lovely and congratulated us with a free drink from the bar! (You must try their Mojitos! Delicious!) We had a lovely 5 night stay at Cranborne House.Our room was large plus we had a small fridge which not many places have.Great position to walk into town and eating places.Spotlessly clean.We were made feel very welcome.Great breakfast as well; nothing was too much trouble.A must stay if you are in the area.Thanks.

Had another very pleasant, enjoyable weekend break with Dean and Richard. They really can't do enough for you to make sure you have a great stay at the Cranborne. Only sorry we couldn't get Fozzy Bear for them. Maybe next time! Lee and Jane

A lovely holiday in a beautiful hotel. The hosts Dean and Richard are very helpful, friendly and made the stay a pleasant one. The English Breakfast was very enjoyable. The room was very nicely decorated and bed very comfortable to sleep in. Would recommend it to my family and friends for their holidays. Photos on line don't do it justice... More

First class, we enjoy short breaks and i must say this is one of the very best. No hassle very easy check in great room very handy for all the Torquay landmarks. If you do fancy a break please go to the zoo its a lond day but well worth it also the steam train journey to Dartmouth is well... More
