My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we found it to be exceptionally clean and peaceful. Carol and Andy were attentive hosts and provided my own personal benchmark which is a superb breakfast!! Was a pleasure to meet then both and without hesitation would highly recommend their hotel and would certainly stay again when next in Torquay!

Decided to stay at the Elmdene after reading its excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. Have to say we were not disappointed. Greeted by our hosts on arrival with tea and brownies there is only one thing to say about this B&B ---- that is EXCELLENT. After travelling the world in my job ,I have to say this is the best B&B by far that we have stayed. Carol & Andy will do what ever it takes to make your stay perfect.

Having chosen this B&B on the basis of its trip advisor rating, we were not disappointed at all. Usually we stay in hotels but decided to try the Elmdene instead for our weekend away.
