Stayed at Roundhouse this weekend and have no real complaints. A little dated, but satisfactory cheap accomodation in a great location. Parking on site, a fab beach a short walk away. Clean & comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast. Staff friendly and a very efficient manager.

Stayed here for night , the parking is open to non residents so is full all the time . It's a dated hotel , bathroom looks shabby needs a good clean . Certainly not worth the 80 pound a night tariff . Room is small and looks well used . Would never come back here

We found this hotel several years ago and decided to stay there again this year. Our room - a little jaded but very comfortable. The restaurant - clean, well presented. The food - could have been better and included a vegetarian selection apart from pasta. VFM - fair. Entertainment - none and where was Tom Armstrong?????????

This hotel was walking distance from the beach (Not main area near pier though) and was satisfactory The room was a bit dirty (dust and cobwebs) but linen changed daily if required Bar closed before the advertised time and we were not offered the service of getting drinks from the night porter as advertised in the brochure. Had stayed at The Roundhouse Hotel a couple of years ago, and found it more than satisfactory. So stayed again for 5 days in May 2013, and could not really find fault with the hotel. Food was very good, staff very pleasant, and the bedroom was clean and satisfactory.

Hotel is vile, my room was dirty, it hadn't been cleaned from the last people that stayed. Used toiletries strewn over the bathroom, the kettle and most surfaces were thick with dust. this hotel company is great. They employ thieves so when you leave the hotel you are not burdened by such things as heavy wallets or cash. And when you try to ring them over a period of 5 months to thank them for such a great service ....you just can't get through to them...... probably because they are too busy... More
