“Great staff”

Just spent a week at this hotel. It's in a Great location about a 5 min walk from the BIC The rooms are small but very clean and tidy. Shower not the most powerful in the world either. However the lovely staff make up for any shortcoming and are more than happy to change your room if you need to.... More

Just stayed & had a lovely couple of days in Bournemouth. Nice hotel & friendly staff. Clean & good location, but please can you fix the squeaky floorboards (room 30) OMG! Drove ourselves crazy with every step, let alone neighbours or people on floor below. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Upgraded a Buyagift Voucher to avoid the economy rooms from experience. Being a Best Western was apprehensive but very pleasantly surprised!! “Exceptional value”

Stayed just one night. £56 per room including great breakfast! Shower in room 26 bit snug and dribbly but does the job. Great location tho parking was a bit tight with few spaces. Receptionist on arrival gorgeous and friendly. Would stay again
