Positives - great seafront location in a lovely town, Great views from the sea-facing rooms which are very large. Nice lobby and good breakfast Negatives - rooms are large but tired, the corridors, spa and bedrooms could do with an update and room service is the same as every other Hilton i.e. basic. More

AWFUL. Recently stayed here for a weekend. Very disappointed. We thought we had treated ourselves to a decent hotel as the prices were very high, not some run down bed and breakfast. Our room was drab, dull and cramped. No main light in the bedroom just two wall lights (one which was hanging off), meant you couldn't even see clearly.... More

The hotel is in a lovely location, right on the Brighton seafront and close to Brighton station.
