We were asked if we wanted a £10 room upgrade and were glad we did. Spacious, and comfortable room with seaview. Good breakfast for £5 extra each. Bit disappointed no WiFi in room although we were warned it was not available in every room.

I found hotel on trip advisor. Good value. Cold weather but hotel is lovely and warm. Breakfast included which was well presented. It is an older building, but everything functioned well, room was quite large, even bathroom was good size. Stayed in room at back of hotel so quiet.

We arrived at the King's Hotel and were invited to upgrade to a sea view at very little cost - well worth it. Large airy room with huge windows overlooking the sea - great ! We did not take breakfast, but it looked lovely. Clean with friendly helpful staff and it comes with it's own bar. We will visit again.

Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming, very quaintly restored but loads of doors to go through which is awkward with suitcases. Room was ok but certainly not more than 2 or 3 star , but bathroom was better although overlooked by every high rise around. Towels could do with being renewed. But breakfast was lovely.
