Location is great - opposite what's left of West Pier and right in the seafront. Staff are friendly & most helpful and quickly rectified a smelly basin & shower (!) as well as provided extra pillows & even a spare umbrella. The rooms are incredibly small & even more so the bathrooms. Our mattress 15cm bigger than the bed! So you felt like you were about to fall off all night! But the location is perfect, so if you know you wont spend much time in the room, its ideal. Staff are friendly. Wouldn't recommend if on a romantic break!
