Refuse to stay anywhere else when visiting Brighton. The friendliest B&B I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Brian, Tom and George make it even harder to leave Brighton. Highly recommend if you're a dog person and holiday with your dogs.

Went with my mum, sister and auntie. Lovely people, dog lovers (Beth got a susage each day) and lovely hotel. Near to many lovely restaruants and 2 minute walk to the beach. Lovely rooms and food. Will definately be going back:)

We visit the Avalon at least 3 times a year and love it every time. We've been staying for several years and it just seems to improve every time we go. Brian & Tom made us very welcome, this is a great location for dog owners too being near the beach where dogs are welcome. Had a great stay and enjoyed a proper English breakfast each morning. The Avalon is close to a number of very good restaurants - the Turkish one is really good value

We chose this B&B because it's dog friendly. We stayed for 3 nights with our English bulldog and had a fabulous time. Lovely room, great breakfast ( free sausage for the dog if wanted ), excellent location. Brian,Tom and George are super friendly and helpful. Next visit to Brighton we will not hesitate to book again.
