Having just returned from a weekend at the Amblecliff I wanted to write and say how brilliant it has been!! We enjoyed our stay at The Amblecliffe, a small, affordable, typically English hotel in Brighton. Somehow this is exactly the kind of hotel you want to stay at when visiting Brighton. host very friendly, excellent breakfast. Bed not very comfortable. No fresh towels, room was'nt very clean. Had to ask for toilet roll, no milk on second morning for tea/coffee.No hairdryer as listed. One bedside lamp broken. More

Had a wonderful stay here at the Amblecliff. The suite was glorious, the breakfast was delicious and Elaine was a brilliant host. Would defininetly stay again. Many thanks. More

I went to spend the weekend and I felt really well looked after. Elaine and the staff were very friendly. The bed was wonderful. Very confy. Really clean. Nice breakfast. Felt like at home! More

About one and a half ago, I booked one room for 3 nights. My flight was scheduled to arrive at about 17.15 at Gatwick. But it left with a 2 hour delay.
