I can only agree with previous reviewees and say this hotel is lovely. Our room, Kingfisher, was full of character, comfortable and immaculately clean. Nice touches like bathrobes, huge towels (the heaviest I have ever used!), chocolate etc. Super breakfast with an excellent selection. Would recommend this hotel. more

I stayed here for two nights in the gorgeous Red Room (which has a great view). I appreciated the clock radio with the iPod docking station and the flat screen TV. I had dinner here with friends on the Saturday evening (fantastic food and service) then enjoyed a hearty breakfast on the Sunday. I didn't experience any seagull noise (as... more

Wonderful stay in Rye (which we love anyway), made even better by the beautiful Red Room with incredible views over the marshes. Loved the breakfasts, great service, brilliant place to spend our last New Year as a couple before the baby arrives in April! Highly recommended. more

I spent two nights in the kingfisher room and it is so very nice! The room is beautifully decorated, clean, has a great drinks tray (real coffee!!!) and great wooden beams. The best thing is this cosy snug / window seat!!! Breakfast was brilliant - great selection of all sorts of yummy things and everything I had was perfect -... more

This is a wonderful place to stay. I arrived early and was allowed an early check in which I greatly appreciated. Richard showed me to my room, the Kingfisher, and was kind enough to hook up a dvd player for me. This room has a very deep, cushy window seat that's perfect for reading or people watching. (with a cushion... more

This short break was a present from our daughter who had stayed at Hayden's previously. Now we know why she was so enthusiastic about it! Well done! more

This year for my mother's birthday we wanted to have a evening meal, with a few surprise guests. We had 6 adults in the party and 3 children under 10 and a baby with us. Hayden's couldn't not have been more accomadating! They were fabulous with the children and treated them as mini-adults which made their evening. There was a... more

For a luxury room and owners and staff who take a lot of extra care – you would find it hard to beat Haydens in Rye. We had booked the Mermaid to start with, but reviews were generally poor and we were very glad we changed. We had a short break there in October 09 and found it hard to... more

Stayed here for 2 nights last weekend, and have to agree with the previous comments that the staff are very helpful, the location is fantastic anf the standard of the rooms is first class. We have stayed in a number of 5 star hotels and some renowned boutique B & B's, and our room, Indigo, certainly was right up there... more

I stayed at Hayden's in August for two nights. I found the whole experience lovely. The owners were very nice and room we stayed in "indigo" we beautifully decorated. My boyfriend Tom proposed to me in that room which made it even more romantic. So if anyone is looking for a lovey romantic break then I definately recommend Hayden's. Oh... more
