Talk about bike friendly ... I had to assemble, service and then disassemble and pack two bikes in the yard during a rainy 4-day bike trip. Adrian graciously provided all the space, tools and materials I needed. Room was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic... Liz's rhubarb compote was perfect! We had a wonderful time and recommend the... More

My family and I had the pleasure of spending two nights at Willow Tree House. Our hosts, Adrian and Liz were delightful, so warm and friendly. On our arrival, tired after travelling all day Liz served us cups of tea with her delicious homemade muffins. We had the Bodium and Winchelsea rooms. Both rooms were beautiful and our beds extremely... More

The couple that run this b&b have got it spot on, the attention to detail is second to none and its spotlessly clean and tidy more like a first rate hotel. Your every need is taken care of even down to bottled water in your room and the honesty bar. The breakfast is first rate and believe me I am... More

Just spent a couple of nights at Willow Tree House with hosts Adrian & Liz. Lovely room, clean and everything thought of - even the basin soap changed every night. Wonderful selection of fresh fruit for breakfast and bacon to die for. Plenty of secure car parking. Will visit again.

I was overwhelmed by a utter joy in staying at the Willow Tree House for five days in mid-January and I cannot conceal the fond memories I am still treasuring nowadays. For this reason it is my firm intention to bear witness to the lovely time I enjoyed in Rye, thanks first and foremost to the spontaneous hospitality and attentive... More

Fabulous B&B run by a lovely couple. Adrian gave us some very helpful tips about where to visit. The Ypres pub is fantastic!! Try and get a room at the back of the house if you can as it can get quite noisy (due to the busy road) at the front. We had a lovely trip!!

Stayed for one night only but wished it was more, absolutely spotless accomodation with very warm and welcoming hosts. Greeted with a hot cup of speciality tea and a warm ginger biscuit. Breakfast was superb with excellant choice of menu, perfectly located to discover the centre of Rye (love the mermaid, sat where Jonny Depp sat!) once again the hosts... More

Would highly recommend. A lovely welcome with coffee and home made ginger biscuits!! Spottlessly clean, breakfast first class. Lovely room. Walk into Rye Town centre about 10 mins. Their 5 star rating is well deserved. May they prosper.

My partner and I have stayed in umpteen B& B's quite literally the length and breadth of the UK over the years. I have never bothered to submit a review before, but after our stay at Willow Tree House, I felt I should spread the word! Adrian and Liz run the B & B in a genuinely warm, friendly and... More
