Had a meal here today and despite it being 3:30pm on a Sunday, we were welcomed and enjoyed a meal to very high standard. The restaurant at the back of the pub has a lovely log fire and the whole atmosphere is quintessentially English. Great location in the middle of town. 4 out of 5!
