We called in here for supper after a chilly walk around Winchcombe and we were pleasantly surprised the food was excellent. A bit of a wait as it was all freshly cooked, but well worth the wait. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed our evening.

We had a pleasant stay here during our walk on Cotwold Way. Our room was overlooking the pretty garden. It was large with a big comfy bed and two armchairs. Some pub noise could be heard in the room but this stops around midnight. Dining in the pub was good too. Great athmosphere, decent food, friendly service.

Just returned from my one night stopover here. Had a lovely Large room overlooking the gardens at the back of the pub, lovely. The food is excellent here, I recommend that you eat here for lunch or in the evening. You can't go wrong. Warm welcome, excellent service and Great Food, I will be back!
