A very clean and well located hotel, between the Ibis and Ibis Budget. Considering the price of the NOvotel I cant understand why anyone would go in Ibis! A good size gym and pool too, and a very nice breakfast including vegetarian sausages which I think is a nice touch for us vegetarians!

The staff are excellent and so genuine and nice. The cleaniless is excellent. The facilities are all great. Not the most exspensive hotel but not the cheapest neither sort of a nice mid to high level hotel. Great for families and couples as well as business - well reccomended - you won't be let down. We always stay in The Novotel the night before a cruise. It is the perfect location for the docks. A very good hotel and one I will continue to use. Clean, comfortable and exceptional value for money.

Stayed here with family (2 adults and 2 kids aged 2 & 7) as a stop over before going to Paulton's Park (which is about 10-15 mins away).
