Superb dinner and breakfast. All staff/management were very friendly and helpful, could not do enough for us. Reasonably sized room, very comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities and flat screen television. Good location for the docks. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A nice small hotel with clean rooms and a friendly staff. The bar has at least one special ale on tap and reasonable priced drinks. The restaurant features a good breakfast included with the room rate. The Blue Keys is an excellent value. Will stay here again when crusing out of Southampton.

This my third visit to this hotel, Manager and staff all very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Southampton, very well placed within walking distance of the city centre
