A friendly, warm welcome on arrival. Secure parking is available. Spotlessly clean hotel and room. Bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. Location is ideal being within walking distance of West Quay shopping complex and the train station.

Stayed for one night prior to a cruise. This place enjoys the usual Premier Inn standards with a bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Car parking is separate in the muti - storey next door at £5 a day which is reasonable. Staff were receptive to feedback and appeared to be generally interested in providing a good service.
