we stayed here mostly so we didn't need to worry about getting a taxi home. The room was lovely, great frunishings and lovely toiletries supplied. staff very friendly. The bar was great and all lovely looking. would def stay again.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Well appointed and comfortable room. Didn't have dinner there but tried the ales - very good. Breakfast cooked to order and excellent. Thoroughly recommend this place especially ast is easy walking distance from Winchester's main attractions.
