Stayed here for 1 night with our son aged 5. Friendly staff, nice food, atmosphere and clean pleasant room, would definitely stay here again. Only thing that let it down was the service at the bar for food and drinks and not enough tables if you didn't want to go into the Restaurant to eat.

Drove past the hotel and noticed people outside the Waterfront Cafe, enjoying lunch in the sun. Extensive lunch menu, good food, friendly attentive staff and good value. We too enjoyed the atmosphere of lunch outside on the sea front. Give it a try.

We usually like Best Western Group but this one was disappointing. Room was very cold - breeze from sea was coming through balcony door like a TGV train, bathroom didn't have even one hook to hang towel, seal around bathtub peeled and needs replacement. Lovely location overlooking the Harbour with the ferrys in and out . The Waterfront restaraunt in the hotel was very good -- very attentive staff and a great menu - traditional and asian - all food was hot and well presented -- yes would go again .
