Beautifully quaint house in a quiet and unassuming street. Central to all the attractions, bars and restaurants in Tunbridge Wells. Breakfast was very nice and the owner provides a wealth of local knowledge as well as being extremely nice. Will be back.

My mother and I stayed here for three nights. The rooms are so cosy, the breakfast choice has something for everyone and there seems to be nothing Patricia cannot or will not do for her guests. She is a true wealth of information. A great location between the old and new areas of town. I would definitely return!
