After a rocky start with the duty manager, I can only praise the staff at the Wateredge. The rooms are adequate, not spacious but very clean with comfortable beds. The food is good and plentiful. Whilst the location of this pub is excellent, it's obvious that the staff and management take full advantage. We had two meals for lunch on a beautiful day and both were pretty poor. One was bad enough to send back. On complaining we were told that it wad cooked as expected and that was the end of the matter. More
