Stayed at the Lodge 13.Sept 2009 for one night, on our return from Blackpool and Windermere areas. Came upon it by chance after visiting Conniston...and we were not disappointed with our choice. Would definitely recommend the Lodge to all. more
My wife and I spent 1 night midweek at the Ambleside Lodge. We arrived without prebooking taking a chance on finding accommodation in the area. We were fortunate to find a double room available at a cost which we found easily compared with other lodgings in the same area, coupled with a full english breakfast and free off street parking.... more
