Absolutely no complaints. We were looked after very well, had a very cosy room and enjoyed delicious breakfast accompanied by a myriad of birds, a fox and red squirrel. I would come back here again and again. Superb views, very convenient for getting into Keswick and easy to find. More

This is a beautiful B&B and exceptionally good value for me. Sandra and Ian were wonderful hosts. The bedroom was lovely: cosy,spotless and boasting magnificent views. We loved the location, which is away from the town and village centres, at the end of an un-made road, half-way up a hill. Spooney farm was in a lovely spot, tucked well away but only a 15min walk into Keswick. Really lovely warm welcome from Ian who was full of info for us about round and about.
