Let down by B&B we happened upon Rivendell by chance and were so glad we did. Having stayed in several B&BS in the past this is the best we have found and will only return to this one in the future. Great welcome, great room and wonderful breakfast.

i have stayed here a few times and have always had a warm welcome very good breakfast but the coffee was too weak for me that was the fault of pat sausage every morning for cleggy i will be back i hope the is warmer next time
