I really don't have any complaints about this hotel, it felt more like a B+B to me, disappointing there was no restaurant as such only bar meals. The room was spacious clean and modern, the breakfast was absolutely fine service was good

We stayed here to break up a journey to Scotland. We arrived and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are of a high standard and are comfortable. The food available in the hotel is tasty and good value! I can't recommend this enough.

Attended a wedding celebration at this hotel recently and can honestly say the evening buffet was one of the best I have ever had. The location is a little remote but made up for by the glorious views of the fells.

The hotel set in its own grounds commands great views across the fells and is ideally situated a few minutes from Penrith ....a pretty market town with plenty of good pubs and eateries.
