Superb B&B probably the best in Penrith. A steady walk into Penrith, but you have to work off the excellent brakfast somehow. Wonderfully helpful hosts, lovely room and quiet setting. Easy walk down the hill into town for dinner or drinks. Very nice garden and view over the area. Breakfast was really tasty and all local produce which very nice. We would stay here again without question. More

we stayed here overnight as me and my husband were travelling to scotland. the room was beautiful, staff were helpful and pleasant and the breakfast the next morning was absoultely beautiful. we would definately come again :-) More

Very good breakfast, free supplies of lovely tea and coffee plus fresh milk. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. room one had beautiful views. Room four was separate from the others so quieter and more private. More
