A lovely, welcoming guest house with breathtaking surrounds and views. Our room was huge and very comfortable with stunning views. A peaceful stroll along the stream into Ambleside which is just a few minutes away. You couldn't ask for more.

Stayed here two nights and the place is excellent. Mother and Son team both very friendly and helpfull.We were in 4 poster room which was very clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was superb. Would highly reccomend and will certainly return
