Just back from a very pleasant weekend here. Our room was comfortable, clean and stylish, and the breakfast was delicious. The owners were very friendly and helpful and had lots of recommendations for us. The b&b is also in an ideal location halfway between Windermere and Bowness!

Just had the weekend at Thornbank, Mark and Jane couldnt have done it better, lovely friendly welcome and breakfast second to none. Guesthouse situated perfect for both Windermere and Bowness, really nice pubs and restaurants within a 15 minute walk
