We have been there several times and it is always our first choice when visiting Blackpool, we always have such a warm welcome. Maude and Gynne offer and deliver a first class service. We can't fault it any aspect of it. Everything is so clean and it is obvious that they look after it very well.

Both myself and my wife have stayed at The Kimberley in Gynn Avenue for years now and we'll keep going back.The guest house is run by Maude and Gynne Thomas and they make you feel like one of the family as soon as you step in,their friendliness and breakfast is second to none and the place is spotlessly clean.

If you are looking for a nice clean hotel with no chance of bumping into a stag or hen party this could be the place for you. Clean rooms great breakfast quiet but handy location. No bar but the gynn pub is only at end of road.

Cannot recomment the Kimberely high enough, from the warm welcome by Gwynn & Maud, outstandingly clean, airy room, and wonderful full English brekfast with extras, we will recommend to friends and will certainly stay again. Would describe this as first class Guest House!!!!!
