We were made to feel really welcome as usual Ian and Veronica treated us very well room was lovely great breakfast weather was good first day not good the day we came home but that can not be helped did not want to come home so booked to go again in august

Very welcoming. Friendly, comfortable, fabulous breakfasts. Lovely quiet road very close to the beach and tram stop. Situated half way between the tower and the pleasure beach. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Fantastic, great hospitality from start to finish. Helped with luggage on arrival, took an interest in why we were staying in Blackpool. Friendly atmosphere. Wonderful clean, warm and comfortable rooms. Clearly a couple who take pride in what they do. Fantastic variety at breakfast, food was fab. Would highly recommend and would deffinatley stay again. Excellent value for money.
