Great hotel, recently refurbished rooms are lovely, very comfy and spacious. Staff are all brilliant, the maids, dining room staff, reception and bar staff, Entertainment was good and the food is excellent, This was my first visit and will certainly be back. The only falldown was the lift only holds 2 people at a time. Well done everyone.

Just come back from a 4 night stay in this hotel.. They are in the middle of refurbishing so some of the rooms are a little dated, but we did see one of the refurbished rooms and they are lovely.. Clean, Good food, Pleasant staff and very helpful.. Ian in the restaurant is very good and Clare on reception also... More

Just back from this hotel. Great value for money. For £135 per person for the weekend which includes breakfast evening meal and tram ticket it's a winner. Food is good. Staff are extremely friendly. I will be back. 😀

Hotel staff very friendly , room looked tired and the shower room could do with a lift, but the bed was clean and comfy , the dining room staff were very friendly and helpful , food was nice entertainment was excellent , would probably use the hotel again

Stayed at this hotel with my partner from monday the 20th of may till the friday and had a fantastic time! stayed here with my mum and 2 kids was fully booked and mobbed food was nice, great location, room was old fashioned but they are modernising newly decorated rooms look great. there was a games room although wasn't informed of this :(
