Stayed for 2 nights on a deal and were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Our room was ready at 2.30pm a little late than 2pm but mot a problem as we had a drink in the bar which was opened just for us. The room was small but adequate. Nice shower facilities and tea and coffee was there for us.... More

May I say at the outset our trip was through Groupon and as such was a very cheap sum for 3 nights B&B with one evening meal, afternoon tea and bottle of sparkling wine! The downside - the room was very small, as was the double bed. There appears to be no lift and very steep stairs to our high... More

Working away from home is a nightmare. Staying at this hotel is far from that nightmare. Robert and the team made me feel very welcome indeed. Their sense of humour matched mine. The rooms are spectacular, the bar is great the food is right on the mark. If you go to a hotel expecting seven star treatment then you are... More

Stayed for 2 nights on a deal. Bit if a walk to the centre of Blackpool but not a bad thing as was fed so well at the hotel! Breakfast and evening meal delicious and served hot. Nice clean and friendly hotel! Jamie in the dining room was clearly working his socks off and was very pleasant at all times.... More

Where do I start... ! Firstly got to the hotel and the rooms was tiny. 4 girls and 2 bunk beds..? I really thought the hotel had got it wrong. Arnt bunk beds for children? Was not happy so when spoke to Robert that's all he could say was we haven't had any complaints before but did transfer us to... More

Fab hotel great staff nice rooms albeit small. Would recommend and will also return had a fantastic weekend. Bar prices reasonable too. I do understand some of the comments about the food and the lacking of imagination could do better but certainly not poor as some people are suggesting and the breakfasts were great.

Me and my boyfriend arrived here on the 1st may 2013 and departed on 3rd may 2013 after we purchased a KGB deal for breakfast on both days and a 5 course meal. On arrival we were greeted by a blonde lady who checked us in and told us everything we needed to know, we were also given a key... More

This is in a good quiet location with access to the sea front at North shore and ideal for families or couples. The room was lovely - well worth the upgrade, and the team are really friendly. Nice bar for a drink and a good breakfast if somewhat limited. This was a groupon deal and whilst there needs to be... More

My mum and I stayed here for two nights Sunday 28th April and Monday 29th April in a twin room (no 6) (well triple) with breakfast and dinner. The room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom spotless! The room had three single beds so there wasn't much space left, however there was a smaller room by the door which had a... More
