Only had 1night stay but enjoyed it great breakfast good bar nice room the only gripe was 1 of our rooms was freezing cold all the time even though radiator was piping hot children had to sleep in clothes but that apart it was faultless.

Excellent service, room and breakfast. Staff could not do enough for us and we stayed in a family room which was lovely very comfortable and well worth the very cheap rates. Tram stop right outside the hotel so easy access to the rest of the seafront

Excellent hotel clean and good location av already booked again for later in the year service and accomadation first class .2 minit walk to tram and bus stop 5 minit walk to pleasure beach . Freindly staff couldn't do enough for you have stopped there twice and looking forward to going again in july

Althougth not right in the middle of everything a nice walk along the promenade and your at the hotel, advantageous because the hotel isnt surrounded by noisy pubs and clubs, disadvantage if your not a walker but tram line and bus and only across the road!
