A lovely bed and breakfast with very friendly staff-made a fuss of our 3 year old daughter. Rooms were more than adequate and very warm which was great after a cold day. Parking at the hotel was helpful as at previous places we have had to pay and display on a car park. Will definately be going back x

Very warm and friendly welcome, everywhere was lovely and warm, breakfasts was more than adiquate. Being able to park at the hotel was a god send, our car was put in the their own garage. The postion was perfect for attractions near the tower and the theatre. Typical Blackpool hotel. Will definatly stay again.

Friendly welcome.Good location near to attractions but far enough away to avoid the street noise. Comfortable if somewhat small double bed. VERY creaky floor boards. i suppose its a typical three star hotel, in a good location. the frontage requires some work, with the carpark surface disintegrating and the spaces too small.most of the interior woodwork is in dark brown which makes the place dull. the rooms are the same with central heating but was never turned on, even on cold september nights after going... Although in a good location for the town we would not use it again as our room was not particularly clean and the bedding did not look clean either. The girl waiting at breakfast was very pleasant but agree with all the other negative comments made by trip advisor reviewers.

I would highly recommend The Boltonia - Ignore all negative comments from previous Tripadvisors obviously some people are fussy. Myself and My wife always come to this B&B because its 5 minutes away from Blackpool tower and all the shops and arcades.
