Had a great two days staying here Dave & Dawn were so nice and nothing was a bother for them they couldnt do enough for you , rooms were very comfortable & spotlessly clean, breakfast was fantastic and lots of choice . First time staying but hopefully wont be our last, very friendly people who made us feel so welcome.... More

Great B&B,Ideal location, Dave and Dawn are very warm friendly people nothing is to much trouble for them to make your stay great.Rooms are very clean tidy and warm,breakfast great with lots of variety, we are returning again in June with the family and would recommend this B&B to all, many thanks again for your warm welcome

My second stay here at Heywood dave and dawn are lovely ppl and you can have a laugh with them (thank god! Lol) they can't do enough for you! Nice breakfast and you will leave stuffed haa! Hopefully will be back later this year with the hubby and kids so less noisy lol! Thank you dawn and dave!! Mishel

We had a monday to friday break which was great value. Dave and dawn the proprietors were so lovely,(not to mention scottish, as are we also).
