The owner greeted us on arrival. Free parking. The room was clean but rather basic. The room was also cold, but this was quickly remedied by a portable heater being delivered to the room. Free parking on arrival. Took kids for illuminations, booked last minute weekend. Pricey compared to Holiday inns or Premiere inns. As room needed freshening up and bathrooms an overhaul. Clean, not dirty. But tired. Staff were excellent and bent over backward. Breakfast great. Location only short walk to centre. Sea front views what we ordered. So maybe premium view equals... More

Only stayed for one night on 5.11.11 but it was a very comfortable stay, with lovely comfy beds.Rooms was lovely and clean..Breakfast in morning was lovely, set us up for the day ahead..Would def stay again.. More

We are family with 3 kids, the family room was a real surprise, two bunks, one single and a double, and spacious too. We found all the staff to be very welcoming and accomadating. Would definately go back. More

We are a family of three who have now stayed at the Blencarn twice. Each time we have been greeted with a very warm welcome. The rooms are spacious enough, clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. Definately recommend the hotel, excellent staff so welcoming nothing a bother. Great location tram and bus stop just outside hotel. Excellent service at breakfast super fast you just sit down and tea/coffee breakfast on your table.
