Stayed for 2 nights over a weekend in a room with King-size bed. I would agree with the majority of the previous reviews but would reiterate. “Would definately stay again”

This is now my 'go to' Hotel for this area of UK. Hotel is very nicely modern decorated- beautifully laid out. Rooms are spacious and overall value is pretty good for this standard of hotel. Very pleasant stay to visit family. Would certainly be tempted to stay again. Electric bar on 5th floor was lovely as you could see all over Lincoln and their beautiful cathedral. Bar staff were very polite and efficient. Breakfast was of excellent quality.

“Great Weekend”

Really nice hotel in a great location. Good food and a fantastic roof bar with balcony overlooking the marina. Staff really helpful and friendly Great location for bars, restaurant and the sites of Lincoln. Would definitely recommend.

Truly enjoyable stay. very welcoming staff especially reception. always greeted you on entering hotel. This is an excellent property on the Brayford Waterfront. Rooms are well appointed and the deluxe rooms offer plenty of space as well as access to a balcony.
