This hotel is ran by scam artists. They asked for an extortionate £500 holding fee for a £40 room and said if we dont pay it then our booking would be cancelled without refund. The staff were most unhelpful and rude. Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent location and service, this is the perfect hotel for a short break in Liverpool, and you feel home away from home :-) I am sure you will love these appartments. Only inconvenience, check-in must from between 2pm to 5pm only!

Have stayed at these apartments twice in the past few months and am going to Liverpool on Thursday and have booked again. I stayed first with a group of friends and then latter with the wife. Never had any problems and its in an Ideal location for me as approx 300 yards from The Cavern.

Avoid at all costs! These guys want to charge £20 for checking in after 5pm and £50 after 9pm plus you have to check out by 10am on a Sunday morning or it's £10 for every hour. Apt looked nice at first but the beds were uncomfortable there were punch marks in the doors and the shower in the en suite filled up while taking a shower and so did the bath. Not exactly great going away for the weekend and not being able to shower properly. Worst experience ever
