The outside of Holiday Inn in Liverpool makes it look a bit run down and the entrance is poor. however in side it is ok, the rooms are fine, the aircon works and you are treated to a sauna in the room. The reception is not that good, to few staff. The breakfast is good. More

This is really a typical business chain hotel, but proved none the worse for that. Staff were extremely efficient and, as so often in Liverpool, friendly. Room was large, (a mini-suite) with great views over the Liverpool skyline. Large bar with good view over Lime Street Station (which, after its revamp, is worth looking at). Everything about this hotel is excellent. The location is in the middle of the city centre and extremely close to everything that you need. I was here for one night for a conference. A very convenient position. A secure car park is next door and Liverpool Lime St station is directly opposite. Rooms are very clean. Staff were polite. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay. More
