Its a good value hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The situation is ok. Breakfast has English cooked breakfast plus some jam, fruit, yogurt, little croissants and muffins. We missed at least a bit of ham and cheese.

I stayed 2 nights and was really pleased with the location for getting into the city. I was within comfortable walking distance of Albert Docks, Liverpool one, Lime street station and the Universities. The staff couldn't have been nicer and I would definitely go back to this hotel if returning to Liverpool in the future.

Stayed for 2 nights for the International Pop Overthrow at The Cavern Club. Hotel is a short walk from most of Liverpool's major attractions. Booked here for a one night stay after a long train journey. The short walk from the train station was handy. Our room was large and clean but very bare, large area unused, a sofa would have fit in well? We ate in the restaurant which was average. We felt very at home and very welcome here. The staff were friendly and witty nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was faultless. The location spot on easy walk for most places, Matthew street, Albert dock, shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Thanks guys.

Chose this hotel because of its location in relation to the venue for my meeting. So glad I did. Checkin was fast, efficient and very pleasant. Excellent location, great for the shops and for the nightlife.Rooms were comfortable and very clean, Breakfast was great. Staff couldn't do more for us, very friendly. Will stay again. Highly recommend
