Great location on the docks, great location for the city centre..parking in the multi storey next door was clean and secure...hotel itself was clean and the service was great. Room was big with a great river view. Ordered room service and food was great. Staff were very helpful and genuinely polite. Recommended.

The Malmaison is well situated just a short walk from the city centre and various attractions. Check in/out was very efficient and staff very helful. Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely man who helped me move from room 402 to 409 due to the air con not working. He was even thoughtful enough to bring me some iced water. Great asset to your hotel! :)
