Don't even deal with the money grubbing owner at this hotel. The place is dirty loud and the beds are uncomfterble. If you cancel early they will attempt to totally screw you with 2 nights penelty. They lied to me as well, never go there pay an extra 20 pounds and go to a decent place.

+ Clean, breakfast options (kitchen), near to DLR, close to tube... - Staff - saying hello can be so simple, try it more often, small room, on the kitchen door only info about closing time, nothing about opening...
