The service and the ladies at the the desk were very rude and could not help me in anyway i needed. I think this hotel is oly for closing down. The rooms had mice in also spider webs. CLOSE THE HOTEL!!!!

The service was terible. There was a misunderstanding about the payment and the receptionist agreed not to deduct the first night and once we checked out they withdraw the money from our account and they are not returning them now, even though we email them and called them several times.

I was with my boyfriend and stayed there for 3 nights. Nice room, clean and tidy. Very near the tube (gray line that takes you to the center), the train station and the 139 bus that takes you directly to piccadilly circus. The street is full of resturants, pubs and supermarkets. We suggest you this place.

we stayed there for 1 night, reception really helpful, the room was clean, bright, and the bathroom was spotless. Only 5mins walk from the station and plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs etc within walking distance. For the price we were very impressed.
