wouldn't stay there again found Josephine very rude she even stayed up waiting for us to come in & complained it was 11.30 pm felt like we were 15 again food was not an English breakfast room looking onto the back of a cemetery really off putting.

Lovely room, comfy bed, very convenient location, close to bus and Underground, great breakfast and fantastic value. Highly recommend to anyone but especially great for older single traveller like me. Basic B&B with good location to Chelsea and public transport. Easy walking distance to parks etc. Breakfast disappointing for a UK B&B, a choice of 3 cereals, and a slice of toast, what happened to a good old cooked English breakfast? My bed was very uncomfortable and the house in general could do with a good clean.

Josephine's was our first stop on our honeymoon tour; what a fabulous introduction to London! She is very sweet and helpful and the bedrooms so pleasant, a perfect light and airy atmosphere. A beautiful street, the amazing brompton cemetery behind the garden wall out back, a kind hostess and a yummy English breakfast. Thank you Josephine and kittys!
