One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in, Friendly, comfortable, outstanding service, And for a standard room, have everything you would need, If not ask. The staff would bend over backwards to help you. I stayed last night, and i will be staying again. Loved the location, The flowers were also OTT, but so beautifully set out. And felt... More

We have just returned from yet another superb stay in this superb Hotel. We always stay in Claridge's when in London usually at least 3 times a year. It never fails to get it right in every way - welcome, accommodation, staff, food and it simply being the best available. We are now looking forward to our next stay which... More

We stayed here Sat 19th May for our wedding anniversary. As we had already arranged for a meal out my daughter surprised us with this stay, saving us getting the train home. Once you walk through the door you are made to feel special, with the staff all knowing your name. The decor is discreet art deco with nothing overtly... More

So we first went to Claridges for afternoon tea on a wet Sunday in 2002. Gordon Ramsay was just opening the restaurant, and we saw him a few times.. whilst sipping champagne & niA real bbling on our sandwiches. We had such a lovely time we enquired at reception about the rooms. They were quiet, business was down following on... More

Stayed at Claridge's for first time. Have stayed at several other London Hotels, but Claridge's is in a special class along with very few others. Claridge's fully lives up to its reputation as a great hotel. Location of course is superb, but what differentiates Claridge's from almost all others is the service. The people are extremely well trained and deliver... More

We stayed for one very special night at the Claridge. When booking the room, we mentioned it was the night of our wedding and surprise surprise at check-in: we were shown into the Grand Piano Suite. It was just amazing, no other word for this. The decor, the service, the attention to detail: everything was just perfect. We enjoyed every... More

This is quite possibly my favourite hotel. The only other hotel in London where I have encountered such classy, understated, and immaculate service was the Ritz; and of the two, I tip my hat to Claridge's for its style and decor. The hotel is simply beautiful--and, unlike so many hotels that offer flawlessly beautiful, cookie-cutter rooms, what strikes you about... More

You are impressed the moment you walk into the hotel. The Art Deco interior and beautiful sweeping staircase take you back in time, even the cloakrooms are gorgeous! All the staff we spoke to were friendly and welcoming. We had the Traditional Afternoon Tea with a selection of sandwiches, mini scones and cakes. My friend had a nut allergy which... More

Couldn't fault a single thing, was best for efficiency and comfort I've ever stayed in worldwide. I like how the staff just leave you alone, no signing for room service. Big room, walk in wardrobe, just lots of little things done right and with design. Old bones but superbly updated with quality. Things work. Best food out or in, period.... More

All we can say is this was a fantastic experience, not your average hotel with rooms starting from £600 per night, you certainly get what you pay for the room (suite) we had was two rooms together with a fantastic bathroom with large bath (jacuzzi) walk in shower/wet room. A full living room with mini bar drinks serving area large... More
